Vincent R. Cappucci, Jr. is an Associate at the Firm and works primarily out of the New York office. Mr. Cappucci’s experience has focused on Antitrust, Consumer, Data Privacy & Cybersecurity, and Securities litigation matters.
Background: Mr. Cappucci received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and an LL.M., cum laude, from La Sorbonne Université. While at Fordham Law, Mr. Cappucci was elected President of the student body, served on the law school’s Long Range Planning Committee, and was awarded the Dean’s Special Achievement Award. Mr. Cappucci also interned for the Honorable Loretta A. Preska in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Prior to joining Lowey Dannenberg, Mr. Cappucci worked at on several complex consumer class action and antitrust litigation matters, including In re Marriott International Consumer Data Security Breach Litigation and In re National Football League’s “Sunday Ticket” Antitrust Litigation.
Mr. Cappucci is a member of the American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section, and serves on the Fordham Law Alumni Association’s Recent Graduate Committee.
