Mr. Alicata earned his J.D. from Villanova University in 2023. While in law school, he focused on healthcare law and policy while working in the Interdisciplinary Mental and Physical Health Law Clinic. Mr. Alicata also served as an intern for the Honorable Dominic Pileggi of the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, as well as the Defender Association of Philadelphia.  

Mr. Alicata received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, in Economics from SUNY Stony Brook in 2018 and was inducted as a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon International Economics Honor Society.
