Rachel Kesten is an associate in the firm’s New York office. Prior to joining Lowey Dannenberg, Ms. Kesten worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Office of the Sullivan County District Attorney for two years and served as a law clerk to the Honorable John M. Deitch, J.S.C. in Union County, New Jersey. 

Ms. Kesten earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Pace Law School in 2018. During law school, Ms. Kesten served as Executive Productions Editor of The Pace Law Review. She was also a research assistant and participated in the Federal Judicial Honors Program, serving as a judicial extern to the Honorable Lisa Margaret Smith, U.S. District Court Magistrate Judge, Southern District of New York. She received her undergraduate degree in Criminology from Florida State University in 2016.
