
David Leshik is an associate in the firm’s Pennsylvania office and focuses his practice on healthcare & antitrust litigation.
Prior to joining Lowey Dannenberg, Mr. Leshik worked at a Philadelphia-based regional firm where he focused his practice on the defense of errors and omissions claims brought against a broad range of professionals including insurance agents and brokers, corporate directors and officers, as well as real estate professionals.
A graduate of Penn State Dickinson Law, Mr. Leshik served as President of their Environmental Law Society, Vice President of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society, and was a Dean’s Merit Scholarship Recipient for his academic excellence. While attending law school, Mr. Leshik also completed multiple legal externships for Penn State Health, the U.S. Army JAG Corps, and the Pennsylvania Governor’s Office of General Counsel. Additionally, while in law school, David came in second place at Villanova’s Baseball Filing Day Competition, demonstrating his strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
Mr. Leshik received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, College Park.
