What is Claim Magic?
Lowey Dannenberg is proud to announce the launch of Claim Magic, our free case management software designed to help people find legal claims and turn them into compensation.
The Problem We’re Solving
Every year, millions of people have valuable legal claims but don’t even realize it. Claim Magic helps people like you identify and claim what’s theirs. Don’t leave money on the table that belongs to you!
How to use Claim Magic? When you first go to www.claimmagic.com, click “explore cases” to see a list of investigations in ongoing cases that you may qualify for.
After creating your account, you may be asked to answer a few questions depending on the complexity and requirements of each case, and find out if you’re eligible to participate in the next steps.
You’ll find out if you qualify within 24 hours.
If you qualify, you may be prompted to send documents or other information proving eligibility before being sent a retainer to review and sign.
If you don’t qualify for one case, don’t feel discouraged! Your road to “Claim What’s Yours” doesn’t end there, as you may qualify for another case. You can check your eligibility for as many claims as you want.
Claim Magic posts Cover Both Class Action and Mass Actions.
There are two main case types posted on Claim Magic: class actions and mass actions.
Class Action = One Case, Many People
In a typical class action, one or more individuals bring claims on behalf of themselves and others impacted by the same set of circumstances. Think of it like everyone boarding one bus to get to court together.
Mass Actions = Many Individual Cases, One Defendant
In a typical mass action, many individuals bring individual cases against the same defendant, usually a company. This is increasingly common in cases involving individual consumers, given the increasing use of arbitration provisions by big corporations. Think of it like thousands of people each driving their own car to the company’s door—all at the same time.

What’s Next?
Once you’ve qualified and been accepted to a case, our team of Attorneys will litigate the claim on your behalf and will keep you in the loop the entire time. Be sure to keep an eye out for emails or messages from us, as your participation is vital to help these claims move forward.
Disclaimer: Previous victories do not guarantee similar results. Not all Claim Magic users may be listed as plaintiffs in the event a class action case moves forward, and in turn, may receive different payments.
