On August 5, 2026, Christian Levis, Lowey Dannenberg, P.C. Partner and Chair of Data Privacy Practice was one of the select few attorneys named in the "They Got Next: The 40 under 40" honor by Bloomberg Law.
His victories and leadership in various cases, such as co-lead counsel in Frasco v. Flo Health ($59.5 million settlement) and Lopez v. Apple ($95 million settlement), have been instrumental in advocating for clients for fair data privacy practices done by companies.
When asked what are you most proud of as a lawyer he responded "Our win against Meta in the Frasco v. Flo Health trial. The amount of work to deliver this result was outstanding. I handled the technical experts, including the direct examination of our main expert, and the cross-examination of both of the defendants’ source code, machine learning, and mobile application experts. Seeing plaintiffs’ reactions (and tears) when the foreperson read the verdict was one of the most rewarding moments in my life. It is not often you get to stand up to a giant like Meta and win."
