What is Claim Magic?
Claim Magic is a centralized case management platform developed by the attorneys at the award-winning litigation law firm Lowey Dannenberg, P.C. to simplify and streamline the process of pursuing legal claims. Think of it as your personal legal portal — a single place where you can check your eligibility, retain a lawyer, upload information needed for your case, stay informed about each step of the action, and get paid when you win — all from the comfort of your home.
The platform was designed with one goal in mind: making the legal process as straightforward and accessible as possible for the people who need it most.
For years, large corporations have relied on the complexity of the legal system to their advantage. Arbitration agreements buried in terms of service, complex notice or dispute resolution requirements, and confusing legal jargon have all served as barriers intended to prevent consumers from holding companies accountable.
When companies engage in unlawful conduct affecting thousands of people at once, most affected individuals never see a dime — not because they do not have a valid claim, but because the process of pursuing one is simply (and intentionally) too hard.

The Process is Simple:
Step 1: Check Your Eligibility. Visit the Claim Magic platform and complete a short eligibility questionnaire for as many cases as you believe may apply to you. The choices you see reflect real investigations, by real lawyers, and identify areas of corporate misconduct where they believe individuals like you may have a claim. Checking your eligibility is free, and you will not be charged regardless of whether you qualify.
Step 2: Create Your Account. If you are eligible for a case, you can create an account on Claim Magic. This account serves as your homebase for all activity in your cases. Your account will allow you to easily check the status of any case we file on your behalf, as well as whether you qualify for future matters.
Step 3: Complete Your Application. Your account will guide you through the steps needed to formally participate in a case. This may include signing documents, uploading supporting materials, and confirming your information so that your lawyers can pursue your claims. Should you need it, our team is here to help guide you through each step if you have any questions.
Step 4: Stay Informed. Once your application is complete, you can monitor the status of your case through your Claim Magic account and receive updates as your matter progresses. If we prevail, you will get paid through your Claim Magic account.

Data Privacy and Mass Arbitration.
