Lowey Dannenberg is investigating Rivers Casino Philadelphia for a data breach that allowed a threat actor to access customers’ personal and financial information.

 

Rivers Casino, formerly known as SugarHouse Casino, discovered the breach on or around November 18, 2024, and the casino began sending letters to customers on or around December 30, 2024. Compromised information may include people’s names, Social Security numbers and bank account information for direct deposits.
