Luxury Hotel Price Fixing Investigation

Registration Deadline:

Did you pay too much for your luxury hotel?

Lowey Dannenberg, P.C. is investigating claims that luxury hotel chains unlawfully increased prices of hotel rooms between February 2020 and the Present by sharing non-public information about their operations with one another, including future occupancy data, which allowed them to raise their rates in violation of the antitrust laws. Between 2019 and the Present, luxury hotel rooms increased an average of 29%.
