Ms. Rogozinski is currently representing 40 health insurers in a RICO action concerning pharmaceutical overcharges due to cGMP violations. Blue Cross Blue Shield Ass’n, et al. v. GlaxoSmithKline LLC, No. 13-4663-JS (E.D. Pa.).
She was part of the Lowey Dannenberg team that negotiated a $219 million settlement of Madoff feeder-fund litigation. Ms. Rogozinski also assisted the firm’s commodity litigation practice group in an action involving the manipulation of natural gas futures and options contract prices, resulting in a $101 million class action settlement. Other cases involved the settlement of two wage and hour class actions and a multi-million dollar arbitration award against a hedge fund.
At Pace, Ms. Rogozinski co-authored “Can Public Pension Funds Make SOX Meaningful?” (National Association of Public Pension Attorneys Report). She also actively participates in Pace Law School’s Mentor Program, which assists law students as they navigate their way through academics and careers.
