Ms. Bourassa is a member of the Quebec Bar (retired attorney) and of the Law Society of Saskatchewan (voluntary inactive status). She practiced law in Canada for several years, mostly in Quebec. In Canada, she worked on civil mass actions representing plaintiffs in the Canadian Indian Residential Schools’ cases involving aboriginal students alleging physical and sexual abuse. She is fluent in French.
