On October 1st, 2026 American Antitrust Institute (AAI) honored Lowey Dannenberg, together alongside co-lead counsels, with its Outstanding Antitrust Litigation Achievement in Private Law Practice Award for our work in In re Amitiza Antitrust Litigation.

In this action, Lowey team members served as lead counsel for the end-payor purchaser class, which resulted in a $63.2 million verdict in damages for the purchases.

Lowey team members that were recognized include Partners Uriel Rabinovitz and Renee Nolan (now a two-time winner) and Senior Associate Thomas Griffith.
