Lowey is co-lead counsel for direct purchasers of Passenger Tires throughout the United States, alleging that major tire manufacturers Pirelli, Goodyear, Bridgestone, Michelin, Nokian, and Continental unlawfully increased prices of passenger tires between February 2020 and present. This matter is currently pending appeal in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
