A securities class action has been filed in the USDC – S.D.CA. against Silvergate Capital Corporation (SI) on behalf of a class consisting of all persons and entities other than Defendants that purchased or otherwise acquired SIsecurities between November 9, 2021 through November 17, 2022.

  • that, as a result of the foregoing, Defendant’s positive statements about the Company’s business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis.
